Our Press Shop

The plant – II of Shiv Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd. includes each resource and facility that is important and crucial requirement of the auto component manufacturing process. This plant has an integrated press shop that includes light press shop, heavy press shop, and facility for press tools storage. 

The entire press shop is equipped with following machines:

·         Mechanical presses (10 MT-160MT.) - 10 Nos.

·         Mechanical press (200 MT) (Bed Size 1200X800) - 1 No.

·         Mechanical press (315 MT) (Bed Size 2500X1500) - 5 Nos.

·         Hydraulic press (400 MT) (Bed Size 2500X1500) - 1 No.

·         Mechanical press (600 MT) (Bed Size 2700X1700) - 1 No.

·         Fork lifter capacity 05 Ton (Omega make) - 1 No.

·         Fork lifter capacity 05 Ton (Voltas make) - 1 No.

·         10 Tonnes crane with 5MT extra facility - 1 No.

Machine Shop

In addition to this press shop, we also have a machine shop, CNC machine shop, pattern shop, and standard room with CMM (Make – Hexagon). The machine shop includes following:

·         CNC vertical machining Centre - 5 Nos. (Max. Bed size 3000x2500x1000)

·         CNC wire cut - 3 Nos. (Max. Bed size 1000x600x400)

·         Tool room conventional machines - 20 No

Software

Moreover, Shiv Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is also supported by its in-house CAD-CAM facilities that includes:

·         Solid Modeling

·         Tool design (2D and 3D modeling)

·         Surface modeling

·         2D and 3D Machining.

Different software used by us in the product development are I-DEAS 11NXSeries, DELCAM, VISI CAD-CAM and AUTO CAD 2006.

Our Capacity Enhancement Plans

Being an innovative, established and continuously progressing company, we are not satisfied with retaining our present clientele. In fact, we are persistently striving to increase our clientele and hence, we endeavor to increase the quality and quantity of our products. Consequently, we have made some future plans for ourselves:

·         Install Sheet Metal Welding Assy Line

·         Install CNC Plasma Cutting Machine to improve productivity &quality

·         Install Jig Boring Machine (Optional)

·         Spread over wings into international arena.
